We are a small team, often out delivering lush North East stuff to our deed canny customers, so we don’t publish a phone number. All messages come through to our phones, iPads, you name it, so we usually respond straight away or within a couple of hours.
The quickest and easiest way to get a message to us is via Facebook or Instagram. Please visit our Facebook page or follow @NorthEastGifts on Instagram.
PLEASE NOTE: We always respond very quickly, but sometimes our messages go into Spam or Junk… so please check there! If you don’t hear from us in a few hours, please assume our reply hasn’t reached you.

I’ve placed an order but I didn’t receive a conformation email/I haven’t received an order dispatched email, has it been sent?
Check your spam folder pet. Emails are a nighmare these days. Also check your PayPal account or bank/card statement online.
My order has failed, what do I do?
If you receive an email saying your order failed to complete, PLEASE DON’T place the order again, we can do it for you. First, check your PayPal account or bank/card statement online. Sometimes PayPal has a delay in telling our website your payment has gone through and it triggers a failed order email incorrectly. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll check at this end.
I love your products! Do you have a shop?
Nah hinny, unfortunately we don’t, we’re purely an online business. Because we stock products by many different local businesses and artists, we are unable to advise which products are available in shops.
I need something quickly, do you do a collection service?
Eeeh, sorry we don’t but we do offer Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™ the next working day (provided your order is placed before 10am).
Occasionally and at our discretion, we will deliver local express/next day orders ourselves. If you live within around 10 miles of NE16 we MAY be able to hand deliver your order, sometimes even same day, but get in touch first.
Can you put a personal message in a card?
Howay man, we’re not moonpig! Seriously though, our cards are bought-in already printed so we’re not able to do this.
Can I leave delivery instructions for my order?
99% of our orders are sent out via Royal Mail and there isn’t an option to enter delivery instructions for the postman. Order instructions will be followed only if we hand deliver orders ourselves or we use a courier company like Hermes.
Do you have a telephone number so I can call you?
Na! We’re a very small team and we’re always doing other things like packing and delivering orders for our lush customers. If you need to contact us quickly, you’re best off dropping us a direct message via Facebook or Instagram (not Twitter as we get too many spammy direct messages from people wanting to sell stuff).
Why is the delivery option I want to use not available?
Chances are you have something in your basket that comes from a third party seller which doesn’t qualify for the First Class or Special Delivery options. There are also rare occasions we turn off express options if we’re away for the day.
If you’re trying to order for an overseas address, it may well be that your order is too heavy. Get in touch if you’re unsure.
