We’re receiving a few messages from customers who are ordering cards and gifts for occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, asking us to ensure they arrive on time.
In order to limit contact with others, we have reduced trips to the post office to once a week.
And whilst we’re sending everything first class, some areas of the country are experiencing longer postal delays than others. We’re unable to advise on how long delivery will take to get to you or your recipient.

For orders that don’t arrive on time to your recipient, we would urge customers to appreciate that, under these globally challenging circumstances, a belated card or gift is just as appreciated as one that arrives in advance.
